Class Discussion
1. Trees are a renewable resource that we use for countless amounts of things in society. However, harvesting trees in excess like at Willamette is destroying the environment. Do you think we could live in a place where timber isn't the first material we choose to use?
2. There are only so many places like Willamette that still exist in America. Is is ethical to have a national park be a main source of where we harvest our timber?
3. How can we get more people to care about this issue?
4. Questions? Comments? Concerns?
