Ishmael, Chapter 11 by Rachel Hatem & Sophia Willinger

Point#1 The whole point is learning the story of what you did and how it affected the world and its important for them to know the story and see what impact their actions has so they can learn from their past and move forward with that knowledge  why its important to know the story should people know the story? So they can stop history from repeating

Point #2 Would going back to the times before the revolution be worth it? Would you give up everything you had and know in current day to go back and survive in the hunter gatherer time. Mother culture teaches that life was miserable, before the revolution human life was devoid of meaning

Point#3 Do the lion and the deer lead shameful lives and would it be right for humans to be living like animals? According to Ishmael, it’s okay for animals to be savage because they don’t know any better, but it’s not okay for humans to act the same way because we know better and can make that choice.

Point #4 Unlike animals who rely only on nature and what’s in the wild available for them humans have lost the ability to get food for themselves. When we want to eat we go to a store and buy food that has gone through many people to become available for us while animals rely on themselves to get food.
